古早味麵線 特製辣菜脯鹹香對味

在三重有一間開業十年的麵線店，不但用料新鮮實在，客人更是推薦這裡的辣椒醬，主打菜脯和椒麻兩種口味各有特色，64歲的老闆娘曹美珍過去是普通上班族，因為一場意外受傷，讓她興起中年轉業念頭，雖然學習了怎麼做麵線，但發現沒有特色很難立足，所以研發辣椒醬來和麵線搭配。而原本在賣車的兒子李秉威，在一次回家幫忙的過程中，發現媽媽的辣椒醬相當受到歡迎，所以學習並研發成產品販售，要把這紅紅火火的好滋味，分享給更多人。 台視新聞 TTV NEWS

我們的故事

就是這麼辣，來自三重媽媽「珍辣」純手工製作的辣椒醬

    【老味道】源自於一位平凡的媽媽，因緣際會在中年時轉業賣起了大腸蚵仔麵線。為了賦予自家的麵線更具特色的味道，擁有精湛廚藝的媽媽，特別開發出多種口味的手工辣椒醬，提供現場與外帶的食客搭配麵線享用。

      為了追求極緻美味,精選最佳食材，製作的過程十分艱辛，堅持手作不用市售的半成品，強調不使用化學添加物，不怕費工、耗時，經過無比細膩與專注的步驟，最終完成足以呈獻於眾人眼前的美味精華。

老味道辣椒醬的菜脯辣椒，川味辣油，麻辣花椒三種獨特配方，讓「 辣 · 香 · 麻 」三種各具特色的口感，在口中經由味蕾層次分明釋放出來，使許多嗜辣一族，無辣不歡的老饕們忘情回味不已。

A：訂購方式有兩種

　Q：我不太能吃辣能吃嗎?

A：當然可以，只要稍微酌量即可。
      習慣以後，慢慢就可以越吃越多了。
      本產品辣嘴不辣胃，可以爽吃一波。

　Q：請問可以超商取貨嗎?

A：我們統一採用黑貓宅配寄送，超商取貨付款請至蝦皮訂購👈。
      因為超商不收玻璃罐的商品，是想寄都沒得寄啦。

　Q：保存期限多久呢?

A：因為完全不含任何化學添加物與防腐劑，所以辣椒隨時要以冷藏或冷凍放入冰箱中保存，以免辣椒醬本身發酵變質損壞。

正常冷藏保存可放置1～3個月(但還是要依照使用者本身環境因素有可能提早變質損壞)

　Q：請問有貨到付款嗎?

A：有的！
      為了讓不方便線上結帳的客戶，也能享用老味道辣椒醬。
      我們特別開通貨到付款的服務囉。

　Q：為什麼貨到付款要多收30元呢?

A：這是黑貓的規定哦！
      黑貓的貨到付款都會酌收30元手續費。
      運費跟手續費是不同的費用，即使湊到免運優惠，也需支付30元手續費。
